Astrotheoros was influenced by folklore of the middle ages, as well as 17th and 16th century cosmologies and writing, including the Augsburg Book of Miracles (c. 1550) from which the album cover was taken.

Dawn was inspired by the astrological event witnessed and reported in the Augsburg Book of Miracles, referred to as "Five suns over Leipzig" (1551).

Unto the Coven (Gemini Sun) was written for the Hexennacht festival, and was performed during sessions of induced trance. The footage for the video was filmed with the Sun in Gemini.

Children of the Spit God references elements of pre-Christian Baltic folklore and creation mythology.

St. Anthony's Fire (Thee Holy Sound) was composed as a response to The Triptych of the Temptation of St. Anthony by Hieronymus Bosch, as well as stories of those afflicted by the disease in the middle ages, drawing upon the ancient ideal of the continuous sound as a form of sacred healing.

A Beacon (Virgo Moon) was recorded at what is now known as Beaconsfield Park on June 2nd, 2022. It starts with a recording of the crows during their nesting season, and runs the duration of time required to walk the perimeter of the park, and acts as a sound map of the area, frozen at the time of recording. You can also listen to the site-specific performance/recording on the free HexApp.
