Words from the artist:
"Dedicated to my dad. The dude who got me into guitar, from all the Metallica and Soundgarden he jammed, from providing the gear, and from always encouraging me to carve my own way through everything in life. This was the penultimate set of songs he got to hear of mine before unexpectedly losing him. The day he died, I had nothing in me to express but to completely max out the gain and level on his old Dean Markley amp, screaming and crying through the guitar, hoping he would somehow hear me.
Summit is a brief seven minutes, but I'll always remember how stoked my dad was on it, and how often he'd play it for family, friends, and for himself. He was and still is my biggest fan in my heart."
